The Beach series

My artwork is inspired by my childhood memories.

As a young child growing up in Australia I spent a lot of time playing at the beach,

building sandcastles, splashing in the waves, and searching for seashells. I have a great love and a strong connection to the sea.

My beach series is a combination of childhood memories together with my love for blue and white folk designs from the Netherlands. A mixture of inspiration from two cultures.
